Melissa Vining is a seasoned Human Resources Consultant with more than two decades of experience with HR management. While her professional credentials are impressive, she is best known for her unwavering courage, tenacity, and her transformational impact in Southland, where she spearheaded the establishment of the Southern Charity Hospital following the death of her husband Blair Vining from colon cancer at age 39.
